We are having some problems with node sales on Polygon and BNB due to validators with poor RPC endpoints. Paloma engineers are working on a fix that will jail Paloma validators that fail to execute SLCs due to limitations on their RPC endpoints. Look out for Paloma v2.2.2 this Friday.
