This upgrade the Paloma blockchain protocol is the first proposal for upgrades on the new paloma-testnet-10 chain that was started as part of the marriage of palomad to pigeond. This release includes versions paloma 0.9.0 and pigeon 0.8.0 that fixes the faulty submit logical call byte array format that failed for Ethereum nodes. This upgrade also fixes pigeon keyring type to os to resolve keyring not found errors. Successful deployment of this upgrade will allow anyone to use the paloma network to send logic calls to Ethereum mainnet.
