COO! COO! Flock! New Compass release v2.0.0.1 was released today. Also, Paloma v2.4.7 has fixes for camel case erc20 token descriptions and has been upgraded to 24-hour votes to upgrade Compass-EVM deployment to Compass v2.0.0.1. Paloma’s Got Talent will empty the token db and relaunch again after Paloma’s upgrade.
PALOMA COMPASS-EVM UPGRADE v2.0.0.1
While testing Paloma’s cross-chain token launchpad, the Volume and Paloma engineering teams uncovered an issue with Compass-EVM. Compass-EVM ERC20 deployment function limited the token denom to 64 characters when the Cosmos-SDK token factory denom limitation is 128 characters. Unique Paloma tokens, defined by their full denom, cannot create new tokens on target chains. Compass-EVM v2.0.0.1 release PIP will be published after Paloma upgrades to v2.4.7.
PALOMA V2.4.7 IS COMING WITH 24-HOUR VOTE & CHAIN HALT
The Paloma v.2.4.7 Release will come quickly with a 24-hour upgrade. Paloma v2.4.7 will deliver fixes to ERC20 creation and upgrade to Compass-EVM upgrade handlers for 24-hour votes. Once Paloma upgrades, Compass-EVM will schedule a 24-hour upgrade, and tests will continue on Paloma’s Cross-chain AI token Launchpad.
PALOMA COMPOUND AI AGENT BOBBY TESTING CONTINUES
Paloma’s Compound AI Agent, Bobby, continues testing on the Arbitrum mainnet. Once the vault is functional, the focus will turn to front-end and AI interactions.
PALOMA CHAIN POSITIONING UPDATE: A NEW APPROACH TO CREATOR MONETIZATION
Paloma will now focus on being the chain for creators to create and monetize their content with trading fees from Paloma’s blockchain and decentralized exchange. Trading fees around tokenized content will be the focus of how Paloma attracts more creators to its platforms.
