This upgrade will include security improvements for developers to control smart contract message_sender checks as well as to increase pigeon performance for handling messages. Pigeons will now process messages every block instead of every minute. Faster pigeons deliver on the promise of faster relays and execution. Tomorrow, Wednesday will be ANOTHER testnet upgrade to Paloma v1.3.1 which prepares the way for mainnet upgrades on Monday. COO! COO!
