Today is our Paloma Testnet upgrade to Paloma Release v1.4.0 and Pigeon v1.3.0. Paloma upgrades bring the first phase of the Paloma cross-chain execution fee-market. This fee market will allow validators to set their price for message relay activities and create competition for relay business activities.
