COO! COO! Pigeons welcome to Friday. Today, the Volume team will submit an upgrade proposal for Paloma Testnet release to upgrade to mainnet. The upgrade will be scheduled as usual for Monday. Pigeons are asked to be ready for the upgrade as Palomabots are now managing over $3MM in transaction volumes and we want this volume to grow, even with chain halts and upgrades. This new release will ensure that mainnet valset updates do not cause validators to be jailed. An old hard-coded powers from June 2022 was the cause of the last issue. This Paloma upgrade will fix.
