Testnet Validators, bring your vote for the next upgrade to Paloma v1.90 & Pigeon v1.9.0. This new release will fix time in jail and also be the improved upgrade to Cosmwasm 1.4.0 and libwasm 1.4.0 which you will need to upgrade as well. Please check for release notes and README updates.
