WELCOME TO THE TESTNEST-11 PARTY! 
COO! The Paloma Testnet-11 has halted again due to genesis file corruption at one of our validators. We have a new tag v010.4 with updates to remove possible further non-determinism in Go that may have impacted yesterday’s restart of Paloma. We are going to attempt to restart paloma-testnet-11 with this new tag. Once we are restarted, we will re-invite validators to rejoin the network for us to observe whether we have resolved the issue or whether it still persists.
