COO! COO! Paloma Pigeons. We are aware of the ongoing jailing of pigeons due to delays from the account sequence mismatch coming from pigeons trying to send too many txes in the same block. We have a number of fixes we will be mergingto paloma-testnet-15 ahead of mainnet. Please, all testnet validators, vote on the latest proposal number 31 on testnet! The new Paloma release will further increases the pigeon TTL time from 5 minutes to 15 minutes. This will give pigeons more time to sign txes and catch up with blocks. This release will also include improvements for Paloma Gravity Bridge migrations during Compass upgrades! COO! COO! We continue!
