PIGEON RELAYER UPGRADING BEFORE TAKE OFF 
COO! Pigeons still at work! We’re currently updating our Pigeon relayer with the new requirements for transaction nonce creation. This is in relevance to our last Cosmos SDK upgrade to v0.45.10. 
At the moment, we are unable to broadcast valset security updates to BNB and Ethereum due to these Account Seuqnce Mismatch errors. Hang tight, Pigeons! We’re set to fly again very soon. COO!
