with attestation enforcement. Attestation enforcement will require validators to attest to observations on target chains from their within block time. Validators will need to confirm their target chain RPCs endpoint are performant or may need to switch to improved providers. The target date for upgrade will be Monday 03/18. We continue work on testing Cosmos SDK 0.50.0 Paloma upgrade. Pigeon Feed continues with relay fee redesign. COO! COO!
