is still halted after our attempts to restart the chain from the upgrade halt failed. We are currently working with the Cosmos Binary Builders team to export a snapshot of the state and restart. We have completed snapshots, but are encountering the same failures to restart from yesterday related to WASM panics. We will continue to work on these and update the flock when we have new updates! COO! COO!
