COOngratulations pigeons! The upgrade to Paloma v1.13.3 successfully produced blocks without apphash. Many validators are now being jailed due to EVM chain support which requires a proposal to support the chains. The Paloma and Volume teams are working on using the updated code in Paloma to explore recovery of the
messenger
mainnet with a patched v1.13.1 release. Validators will be updated on that progress later today as a recovery of
messenger
will avoid vote delays on recovering the target chains. We are making progress! COO! COO!
