PIP#62: PALOMA MAINNET UPGRADE TO PIGEON V1.12.1
We need your COOs! This release includes upgrades for the token bridge support of multiple target chains, pigeon feed features, as well as security enhancements for validator balances. Also,this update also sets the minimum pigeon version to join the network as Pigeon v1.12.1. and prepares Paloma to upgrade Compass-EVM in the subsequent vote.
