Also, we are moving Gas Limit Adjustments for EVM chains into Governance! This is so that community can vote on gas limits for target chains. Paloma testnet will deploy target chains. We will invite validators who wish to support testnet to partcipate once the target testnet chains are deployed. We aim for a new release on Thursday with chain halt on the following Monday.
