Abstract
PIP to remove support for celo-main.
Motivation
The vote to add Celo main passed on 6/4 and caused all except 3 validators to be jailed. While the Paloma team determines the root cause for this issue, we propose to remove support for celo-main, so chain activities can resume as normal for the other chains.
