COO! COO! Paloma testnet-13 upgrade will be tomorrow, Thursday! We will upgrade the network with an attempt to export state and restart. Given the nature of Paloma messaging, messages are stored in the blockchain’s state. To restart the network with an upgrade, we will need to prune the state of the message queue. This Devops effort is key to mainnet and differentiates Paloma from other relay chains. Look out for update tomorrow, Thursday! COO!
