We failed to upgrade Testnet due to blockheight timing and lack of a release in time for the upgrade. The RELEASE will be published TONIGHT UTC. When that is published, we will Publish the PIP and alert all pigons that binaries and source are available. MAINNET will upgrade tomorrow, FRIDAY We are accelerating as we are aware its winter bear-market and validators are still paying fixed costs on infrastructure. We want to get GRAINs out as quickly as possible and will be extensively testing on the paloma-testnet-15 deployments. COO! COO!
