Coongratulations for the next coming release of Paloma v2.4.1 which adds wasm handlers to token factories and the coming PIP for that upgrade, this week. Validators and Paloma LightNodes get ready for Paloma upgrade coming this Friday, January 2nd as we prepare for Paloma’s Got Talent Token launches in the coming weeks. Look out Paloma transaction fees. These are going away!
PALOMA v2.4.1 UPGRADE: COSWMASM HANDLERS FOR AUTOMATED TOKEN GENERATION
A new PR published today, Monday, will allow Paloma smart contracts to automatically mint and burn new tokens. This also means that SDK users will be able to programmatically create tokens and bridge them to any EVM and deploy to any AMM. We want to make Paloma an automated AI token launch protocol with tokens and agents that can live on any other blockchain. You can see the PR details here:

PALOMA TRANSACTION FEES: PALOMA WILL BE REMOVING TRANSACTION FEES, BUT KEEP GAS.
Paloma GRAIN token requires massive usage in order for the chain to be competitive in the blockchain EVM and Cosmos space. Cosmos transaction fees, payable to validators, hurt the ability of the protocol to compete against low-gas fee L2s. Paloma protocol team will be moving towards creating a module to remove transaction fees via governance. This will also help validators suffering transaction fee consumption on relay transactions activity. Paloma will still keep gas as anti-spam feature for the chain.
