Abstract

Votes to set the node sale contract addresses for the upcoming Paloma Lightnode sale launching on September 4, 2024 and using the Paloma v2.0 Pigeon Feed architecture. These contracts ensure that LightNodes will be activated and tracked in Paloma. Governance is required to approve these contracts.

Motivation

Paloma deployed updated Compass v2.0.0 with functionality for the Paloma Light-Node sale and pigeon feed. All node sale contracts have the Compass contract address hardcoded to avoid exploits. Therefore, the Paloma LightNode client contracts need to be set again in Paloma via governance.
